CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION BY VETRO POWER

Trifli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. There are certain situations that we are unable to accept and must cancel; which include but not limited to - limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product & pricing data, problems identified by credit & fraud avoidance department; amongst others. Additional verification may be required before accepting certain orders. All Cash On Delivery orders will require a phone verification & address confirmation prior to dispatch. All unverified orders will be cancelled. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order for any other reasons.

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

If an order is cancelled by the customer prior to being shipped, the entire order value will be refunded. If an order is cancelled by the customer post shipment of the product, only items that are delivered defective by the manufacturer or damaged by the courier will be refunded. If this is the case, please send us an email at customercare@vetropower.com

Trifli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via the Contact Us form on our website within 3 days from the date of delivery. Alternatively, we are available on customercare@vetropower.com & +91-887-900-9911

The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Trifli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has a general non-refundable and non-returnable policy.

Refunds & Returns are only accepted under the following exceptional circumstances.

  • Product had a manufacturer defect
  • Product was damaged in transit
  • Products were missing
  • Wrong product was received

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Trifli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Note: Products will not be eligible for return due to incorrect application by the customer. This applies to all Protectors & Cleaning products.

In case of damaged or any missing product the customer needs to raise the request within 24hours from the time of delivery. Once the customer has raised the request, he/she needs to provide a visual proof (an image) of the damaged product within 3 days from the time of delivery. Once the product image is assessed Trifli Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has the sole right the accept the return request.

Once the return request has been initiated, all items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. Only once received & post quality & fraud analysis has been completed, the refund shall be credited to the customer’s account.
